Our financial mechanics
The Together Team is made up of advisers and administrators. Your advisor will be your best friend in all things financial; advising you, giving guidance and directing you to the best people we know for the specialist services we don’t cover.
We refer to our administration team as our ‘magical fairies’. They keep everything in order and will be your first port of call when you contact the office. Upon deciding to work with us, you will be assigned an administrator who will get to know you and your case in detail. This is our way of guaranteeing that there will always be someone available to talk about your case, even if your favourite adviser is busy when you call or drop in.
The admin team is also responsible for the regular check-up calls. So, if you choose to become a Together Financial Solutions friend, you will receive the occasional phone call. The call is to check up on your financial plan and see how it’s going, but we also love catching up with you and making sure that everything else in life is ticking along, too.
