We are a family run business which has been providing independent mortgage advice in partnership with Estate Agents since 1994. During this time we have seen many changes in the market place, particularly recently, but we have always strived to provide a consistent professional service to help our clients arrange the right mortgage for their needs.
This requires taking into account future expectations as well as current conditions to ensure the mortgage fits around your life, not vice versa. It also involves looking at the “true” cost of the mortgage (e.g. taking into account set up fees; whether the lender calculates interest in a daily or annual basis, exit fees etc....), rather than just focusing on a mortgage with the “best” interest rate.
We also provide advice on the associated protection areas – such as Life Cover and Critical Illness Cover to help protect your family and your mortgage, as well as a range of other areas of insurance.
